Starting out at a successful agency in Holland where she won the the VMC Award for 'Talent of the Year' for women in Marketing & Communications, Ylja is now based in Monaco at the centre of the luxury industry network.

With a background of producing successful campaigns with multi-million euro budgets, Ylja has extensive experience working with luxury yachting brands and at international boat shows and regattas.
